We are selling Fresh Fish from Toyosu and Processed Foods to our customers in Japan.

This time, we would like to introduce Chinese Restaurant “Ron” to you!
It is an authentic Chinese restaurant which is located 2 minutes on foot from Tobu Tojo Line Shimo-Akatsuka Station in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo.
You can have authentic Chinese food made by a Chinese owner at “”Ron, which is located right close to Shimo-Akatsuka Station.
It is also a local Chinese restaurant for some of our staffs and has been visited frequently for many years.


From such a nice relationship, we started delivering Toyosu fresh fish from our company.
We directly arrange fresh fish, abalone, spiny lobster, Shanghai crab and so on from Toyosu Fish Market. In addition, we also deliver vermicelli and meat.
“Ron” has a lot of menus, and we would like to introduce to you some of them.

First, Stir-fried Vermicelli and Minced Meat

This dish is made with vermicelli that we arrange. Its Chinese name contains the Chinese character of “Ant”, through it does not contain Ants as ingredients, it is named because the minced meat is looks like Ants.
It is seasoned sweet and salty, so we think it is good to have as an appetizer with alcohol! !


Next, we would like to recommend to you a dish of Sweet and spicy fried shrimp using Head-on shrimps we arranged.

It is a dish that is dipped in a salty-sweet sauce after frying head-on shrimps.
It is a Shanghai home-cooked dish that is eaten by peeling the shell by hands.
