This time, we introduce Ishimaru Yazo Shoten which is manufacturer of dried aquatic products located in Matsuyama, Ehime. We have been doing business with them since 2019, and regularly export products to Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Macau, and other countries.

 

Ishimaru Yazo Shoten was funded in 1901(in Meiji 34) and mainly handle a variety of seafood, such as Iriko (Dried sardines) ,Shirasu(Whitebait),Hijiki seaweed from the Seto Inland Sea.

 

Since its founding, they have been especially particular about selection of the ingredients, and during the busy season they carefully select only those that they are satisfactory by bidding three times a week.

 

Taking advantage of the expert eye developed over many years and connections with producers, they not only procure high-quality ingredients and manufacture products in their own factory, but also act as a ingredients trading company, wholesale the ingredients they purchase at Toyosu Market.
