Inside the mushroom house
Mushrooms are native to Europe and are the most produced mushrooms in the world.
There are white species that has an elegant taste and can be eaten raw and brown species that have a rich taste and get much juicier taste by heatins.
The special feature of white mushrooms is that they can be taken out of the package and eaten as they are, soon after taken out of the package. On the contrary, it is said that if you wash it with water, the savory flavor will disappear, so we recommend cooking as it is without washing in water.
The characteristic of the brown mushrooms is its strong taste and aroma. It is delicious as it is, but it is also suitable for stewed dishes and stir-fried foods because savory extract will exude by heating.
