From selecting carefully sourced ingredients to seasoning and production methods, each product is meticulously prepared with great care and attention to detail.

 

Currently, Tomiso operates approximately 40 specialty fish delicatessen shops, including “SAKANA DORAKU,” in department stores throughout Japan. Their diverse product lineup includes simmered fish, grilled fish, and seasonal delicacies that complement everyday dining tables. For many years, these offerings have been widely supported by customers of all generations.

Tomiso’s flavors are no longer limited to Japan—they are now reaching overseas markets as well. In cooperation with Tomiso, we export these products as frozen items to Hawaii and Hong Kong, delivering the taste and value of Japanese fish delicacies to customers abroad. By utilizing advanced freezing technology, we ensure that quality and flavor are preserved, allowing us to provide high-quality products internationally without compromise.

On the other hand, Japanese-style fish delicacies are still relatively unfamiliar overseas, and many customers are unsure how to enjoy them. To address this, QR codes are attached especially to product-packages for overseas markets, providing easy access to product information, preparation methods, and recommended ways to enjoy each item. This initiative helps customers confidently experience authentic Japanese flavors while bridging differences in language and food culture.
